The COPERNICUS Alliance is a European network of universities and colleges committed to transformative learning and change for sustainable development. It aims to enable European higher education institutions and their partners to jointly identify challenges in higher education for sustainable development and spearhead development of processes, tools, and knowledge to address these challenges from a whole-institution perspective.

A positive change in higher education is necessary as a response to global environmental crises and vast social inequalities. It is deemed highly imperative for the current and future wellbeing of humanity and the planetary state. Duurzaam Educatiepunt supports higher education in this transition by connecting, inspiring, professionalizing and designing. Always starting from the question: What should higher education look like in light of today's wicked problems?
